It's not about what to take but how to take it. Tell me you can take it. I take it or leave it. But I recommend that you take enough or some and leave the rest. Personally I don't like lots of things on the list. Perhaps you could come up with some more effects. That cannot be all of them, surely.

Weight Gain (not good at all)
Bleeding Gums (could be a value added benefit as might promote weight loss)
